This notice covers the public homepage (Chinese and English), the updates page and this page. The systems themselves are reachable only from the MedGo intranet and are not covered here.
What we record
- Visit logs: IP address, country or region, browser type, language preference, the referring page, which pages you opened, and when.
- Homepage activity: whether the page loaded, whether you clicked or scrolled (only whether you did, not what you clicked), how long the page stayed in the foreground, window size, and whether the browser is automated.
- Bot check: Cloudflare decides whether the visitor is a person or a program; we keep the result together with the time and IP of the visit.
We do not record what you type into the search box, your keystrokes or full URLs, and we do not track you across other sites.

Why
- To count visitors and see what they read;
- To tell people from automated programs and block scanning and abuse;
- To remember your language choice.
The data is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Visit logs and bot-check records are archived daily and deleted automatically after about 400 days. Cookie lifetimes are listed above.
Third parties
- Cloudflare provides network acceleration, security and the bot check, and processes connection data such as your IP address under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- The “Ask this site” assistant is currently open only on the MedGo intranet. Questions are sent to a model service to generate answers; this site does not store the question text.
